“We are at our best when pressure is at its highest.”
— Nicolas Felber, Founder & Managing Director
Our Mission
A partnership — not a conventional consultancy.
Felber Advisory did not emerge from a business plan. It emerged from a conviction that the Swiss healthcare sector deserves a different kind of partner — one who does not disappear after handing over a report, who is reachable at three in the morning when a crisis cannot wait, and who does not simplify the complexity of the system but penetrates it. Behind every mandate is the same fundamental stance: we are most useful when the stakes are highest. In crisis nights, in political campaigns, in moments of organizational rupture where clarity is the most valuable thing a partner can deliver. Felber Advisory AG was built for exactly those moments.
— Nicolas Felber, Founder & Managing Director

Working closely with our clients, we always keep our eyes on the goal ahead, even in challenging times.
01
Availability
We are there when it matters — including outside office hours. Our clients do not reach a receptionist.
02
Clarity
We communicate with purpose. Every word, every strategy, every recommendation serves a concrete outcome.
03
Partnership
We do not submit reports and disappear. We are at your side: before, during, and after implementation.
TEAM
Personally accountable. Stronger together.

Nicolas Felber, MA
Founder & Managing Director
Nicolas Felber founded Felber Advisory because he kept encountering the same problem in his work with healthcare organizations: communications, strategy, leadership questions, and digitalization are closely interconnected, yet rarely understood holistically or addressed in an integrated way. Together with his team, he brings together expertise from various disciplines and acts as a bridge-builder.
His path began in philology and led through further qualifications in public affairs, digital health, strategic management, healthcare economics, and human resource management to his ongoing EMBA in healthcare economics and management.
Nicolas takes responsibility where others hesitate, and is personally there for his clients when it matters.

Vladyslav Gorbunov, BASc
prospective
AI Solution Architect
With his technical background in business informatics, hands-on experience developing AI-powered systems, and a strong security mindset, Vladyslav Gorbunov will strengthen Felber Advisory as a specialist in artificial intelligence at a later stage in the future. He acts as the interface between business and technology: from assessment through AI strategy to a working proof of concept, always with data protection in mind.
Several years of experience leading IT security projects in public administration further round out his profile and underscore his expertise in digital security matters.
Vladyslav is in his element when things get technically demanding, ensuring that innovation and data protection are always considered together.

Céline Emch, BA
Editorial Assistance
Céline Emch is interested in what happens between the lines of a text. For her, language is far more than just a means of conveying information: it sparks interest, provides guidance, and forms the foundation for understanding and trust.
She is currently completing her master’s degree in Language and Communication, with a focus on French and Italian, at the University of Basel. Her studies focus on communication in the healthcare sector. She examines the interaction between healthcare professionals and patients and explores the role language plays in everyday medical practice.
As part of the team, she supports content editing and translation, and with her flair for language and style, her multilingualism, and her eye for detail, she contributes to clear and audience-appropriate communication.

Marc Middelkötter
Visuals
Marc Middelkötter is interested in how complex relationships can be made understandable. He combines a documentary perspective with a keen understanding of visual design, shaped by many years of photographic practice and a documentary approach. His focus is on distilling content and translating it into a form that provides clarity and makes its impact felt.
His professional background combines leadership responsibilities—most recently as branch manager of a leading Swiss specialty retailer for photo and video equipment—with hands-on design experience. A CAS in Design Leadership from the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) complements his perspective on leadership, design, and collaboration and shapes his interdisciplinary approach to work.
At Felber Advisory, Marc collaborates in the Visuals department and supports projects where design must do more than just look good.

Internship & Rotation
Felber Advisory regularly offers internship placements to students seeking genuine insight into working at the intersection of communications, management, and Swiss healthcare.
Empowering the next generation and supporting them with our knowledge and experience are part of our enterprise cornerstones.
